וּתְהִי נִדָּתָהּ עָלָיו — תַּנְיָא: יָכוֹל יַעֲלֶה לְרַגְלָהּ? תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר וְטָמֵא שִׁבְעַת יָמִים.

English: “And her niddah shall be upon him” — it was taught: One might think he follows her remaining days; Scripture teaches “and he shall be impure seven days.”
