וְצִוָּ֨ה הַכֹּהֵ֜ן וּפִנּ֣וּ אֶת־הַבַּ֗יִת בְּטֶ֨רֶם יָבֹ֤א הַכֹּהֵן֙ לִרְא֣וֹת אֶת־הַנֶּ֔גַע וְלֹ֥א יִטְמָ֖א כׇּל־אֲשֶׁ֣ר בַּבָּ֑יִת וְאַ֥חַר כֵּ֛ן יָבֹ֥א הַכֹּהֵ֖ן לִרְא֥וֹת אֶת־הַבָּֽיִת׃

וְצִוָּה הַכֹּהֵן וּפִנּוּ — הַצִּוּוּי בַּכֹּהֵן וְהַפִּנּוּי בְּכָל אָדָם.
English: “And the kohen shall command and they shall clear” — the command is by the kohen, but the clearing may be performed by any person.
