הִמּוֹל יִמּוֹל. מִיכָּן לִשְׁנֵי מִילוֹת. אַחַת לְמִילָה וְאַחַת לִפְרִיעָה. אַחַת לְמִילָה וְאַחַת לְצִיצִים. עַד כְּדוֹן כְּרִבִּי עֲקִיבָה דוּ אָמַר. לְשׂוֹנוֹת רִיבּוּיִין הֵן. כְּרִבִּי יִשְׁמָעֵאל דוּ אָמַר. לְשׂוֹנוֹת כְּפוּלוֹת הֵן. הַתּוֹרָה דִבְּרָה כְדַרְכָּהּ.
English: “For the circumcisions (lamilos)” — from here [we learn] of two acts of circumcision: one the milah itself and one the peri’ah.
