וַתֵּ֤שֶׁב בְּאֵיתָן֙ קַשְׁתּ֔וֹ וַיָּפֹ֖זּוּ זְרֹעֵ֣י יָדָ֑יו מִידֵי֙ אֲבִ֣יר יַעֲקֹ֔ב מִשָּׁ֥ם רֹעֶ֖ה אֶ֥בֶן יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

But his bow abode firm, and the arms of his hands were made supple by the hands of the Mighty One of Yaakov — from thence, from the Shepherd, the Stone of Yisrael.

אָמַר רַבִּי אָבִין: [בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁנִּרְאֲתָה לְיוֹסֵף דְּיוֹקְנוֹ שֶׁל אָבִיו] נִרְאֲתָה לוֹ גַּם אִיקוֹנִין שֶׁל רָחֵל, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר ״מִשָּׁם רֹעֶה אֶבֶן יִשְׂרָאֵל״.

English: R’ Avin said: [At the moment that the image of his father appeared to Yosef] the likeness of Rachel also appeared to him, as it is said “from thence, from the Shepherd, the Stone of Yisrael.”

On the daf / in context: The Yerushalmi adds that Rachel’s image accompanied that of Yaakov; “stone of Yisrael” is taken as an allusion to Rachel.
