English: “Take with me of the dust of Mitzrayim.” From here they said: One who finds a corpse lying in its normal manner takes it and its “grasping” (tefusah — the surrounding earth).
On the daf / in context: Nazir 65a derives from the superfluous words “from Mitzrayim” that Yaakov asked to be taken up together with some of the Egyptian soil. The same measure of earth (tefusah) is required when relocating a corpse found lying in ordinary posture.

Diyuk on extra language — the word “from Mitzrayim” is not needed for the simple sense and therefore teaches the taking of soil together with the body.
