Derash / classical peirush — not a formal named middah of the 13. A spoken curse, even when the speaker does not know the true target, can still take effect.
Yaakov’s declaration “he shall not live” became the cause of Rachel’s death, illustrating the power of words spoken even without full knowledge of the facts.
