Then his yevamah shall approach him in the presence of the elders, and draw his shoe off his foot, and spit in his face, and respond and say: “Thus shall be done to the man who will not build up his brother’s house.”

TT lemma: וְנִגְּשָׁה יְבִמְתּוֹ.
הַקְּטַנָּה שֶׁחָלְצָה תַּחֲלֹץ מִשֶּׁהִגְדִּיל – מַאי טַעְמָא? אִישׁ כְּתִיב בַּפָּרָשָׁה וּמַקְּשִׁינַן אִשָּׁה לְאִישׁ.
English: A minor who performed chalitzah must perform it again after she reaches majority — why? “Man” is written in the passage, and we compare woman to man.
On the daf / in context: The acts of a minor yevamah are ineffective; she must repeat chalitzah as an adult.
