וְכִי תֶחְדַּל לִנְדֹּר לֹא יִהְיֶה בְךָ חֵטְא – עֲדִיפוּת הַהֶחְדֵּל.
English: “But if you refrain from vowing, there will be no sin in you” — the superiority of refraining.
