עִמְּךָ֛ יֵשֵׁ֥ב בְּקִרְבְּךָ֖ בַּמָּקֹ֣ם אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַ֣ר בְּאַחַ֣ד שְׁעָרֶ֔יךָ בַּטּ֖וֹב ל֑וֹ לֹ֖א תּוֹנֶֽנּוּ׃

He shall dwell with you, in your midst, in the place that he shall choose in one of your gates, where it is good for him; you shall not wrong him.

עִמְּךָ יֵשֵׁב … לֹא תּוֹנֶנּוּ – חִיּוּב הוֹשָׁבָה וְאִסּוּר אוֹנָאָה.

English: “He shall dwell with you … you shall not wrong him” — an obligation to let him settle and a prohibition of wronging him.

On the daf / in context: The escaped slave is to be allowed to reside where he chooses and must not be oppressed.
