וְנָתַן֩ הָאִ֨ישׁ הַשֹּׁכֵ֥ב עִמָּ֛הּ לַאֲבִ֥י הַֽנַּעֲרָ֖ה חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים כָּ֑סֶף וְלוֹ־תִהְיֶ֣ה לְאִשָּׁ֗ה תַּ֚חַת אֲשֶׁ֣ר עִנָּ֔הּ לֹא־יוּכַ֥ל שַׁלְּחָ֖הּ כָּל־יָמָֽיו׃
Then the man who lay with her shall give to the father of the young woman fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he has violated her, he may not send her away all his days.

לֹא יוּכַל שַׁלְּחָהּ – אֲפִלּוּ הִיא רוֹצָה.
English: “He may not send her away” — even if she wishes it.
On the daf / in context: Once the marriage has taken place under this law, he remains bound even if she later desires a divorce.
