כִּֽי־יִמְצָ֣א אִ֗ישׁ נַעֲרָ֤ה בְתוּלָה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹא־אֹרָ֔שָׂה וּתְפָשָׂ֖הּ וְשָׁכַ֣ב עִמָּ֑הּ וְנִמְצָֽאוּ׃

If a man finds a young woman, a virgin who is not betrothed, and seizes her and lies with her, and they are found,

וְנִמְצָאוּ – שֶׁיֵּשׁ עֵדִים.

English: “And they are found” — that there are witnesses.

On the daf / in context: The liability and the subsequent obligations require that the act be established by witnesses.
