Core Text
וְאֵין מוֹשִׁיעַ לָהּ – לְכָךְ הִיא פְּטוּרָה.
English: “And there was no one to save her” — therefore she is exempt.
On the daf / in context: The lack of available help is the decisive factor that distinguishes the field case from the city case.
Type of Learning
Causal derash linking lack of help to exemption.
What Is Learned
Because no rescuer was available, her silence or inability to obtain help does not count against her.
