לֹא־תִזְרַ֥ע כַּרְמְךָ֖ כִּלְאָ֑יִם פֶּן־תִּקְדַּ֗שׁ הַֽמְלֵאָ֤ה הַזֶּ֙רַע֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תִּזְרָ֔ע וּתְבוּאַ֖ת הַכָּֽרֶם׃

You shall not sow your vineyard with mixed seeds, lest the fullness of the seed that you sow and the produce of the vineyard become forbidden.

וּתְבוּאַת הַכֶּרֶם – לְרַבּוֹת אֶת הֶעָלִים וְאֶת הַלּוּלָבִין.

English: “And the produce of the vineyard” — to include the leaves and the young shoots.

On the daf / in context: The phrase expands the forbidden produce beyond the grapes themselves to other growth of the vine.
