וְהָיָ֣ה כְשִׁבְתּ֔וֹ עַ֖ל כִּסֵּ֣א מַמְלַכְתּ֑וֹ וְכָ֨תַב ל֜וֹ אֶת־מִשְׁנֵ֨ה הַתּוֹרָ֤ה הַזֹּאת֙ עַל־סֵ֔פֶר מִלִּפְנֵ֥י הַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים הַלְוִיִּֽם׃
And it shall be, when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write for himself a copy of this Torah on a scroll, from before the kohanim, the Leviim.

וְכָתַב לוֹ אֶת מִשְׁנֵה הַתּוֹרָה הַזֹּאת – מִשְׁנֶה לַתּוֹרָה שֶׁבָּעֲזָרָה.
English: ‘And he shall write for himself a copy of this Torah’ – a second copy of the Torah that is in the Azarah.
On the daf / in context: The king is required to write (or have written) a personal Sefer Torah in addition to the one kept in the Temple court.
