The festival of Sukkos you shall make for yourself seven days, when you have gathered in from your threshing floor and from your winepress.
Torah Temimah points to Rosh Hashanah / Maaserot.

English: "From your threshing floor and from your winepress" — It was taught: Rabbi Akiva says: Just as the threshing floor and the winepress are distinctive in that they grow primarily on rain-water and are tithed for the preceding year, so vegetables, which grow on any water, are tithed for the coming year.
Derash on the verse (Rosh Hashanah) — the tithing year of vegetables.
Vegetables are tithed according to the year in which they are picked, unlike grain and wine which follow the year of growth.
