לִפְנֵי֩ יְהֹוָ֨ה אֱלֹהֶ֤יךָ תֹאכְלֶ֙נּוּ֙ שָׁנָ֣ה בְשָׁנָ֔ה בַּמָּק֖וֹם אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֑ה אַתָּ֖ה וּבֵיתֶֽךָ׃

Before Hashem your God you shall eat it year by year in the place that Hashem will choose, you and your household.

שָׁנָה בְשָׁנָה – מְלַמֵּד שֶׁהַבְּכוֹר נֶאֱכָל שָׁנָה בְשָׁנָה בֵּין תָּם בֵּין בַּעַל מוּם.

English: "Year by year" — this teaches that the firstborn is eaten year by year, whether unblemished or blemished.

On the daf / in context: Both a perfect firstborn (offered and eaten in Yerushalayim) and a blemished firstborn (eaten anywhere) are subject to a one-year time limit.
