וְנָתַתָּ֖ה בַּכָּ֑סֶף וְצַרְתָּ֤ הַכֶּ֙סֶף֙ בְּיָ֣דְךָ֔ וְהָֽלַכְתָּ֙ אֶל־הַמָּק֔וֹם אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִבְחַ֛ר יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ בּֽוֹ׃

Then you shall turn it into money, and bind up the money in your hand, and go to the place that Hashem your God shall choose.

בְּיָדְךָ – אָמַר רַבִּי יִצְחָק, לְעוֹלָם יְהֵא כַּסְפּוֹ שֶׁל אָדָם מָצוּי בְּיָדוֹ, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר וְצַרְתָּ הַכֶּסֶף בְּיָדְךָ.

English: "In your hand" — Rabbi Yitzchak said: A person’s money should always be available in his hand, as it is said "and you shall bind up the money in your hand."
