וְכׇל־בְּהֵמָ֞ה מַפְרֶ֣סֶת פַּרְסָ֗ה וְשֹׁסַ֤עַת שֶׁ֙סַע֙ שְׁתֵּ֣י פְרָס֔וֹת מַעֲלַ֥ת גֵּרָ֖ה בַּבְּהֵמָ֑ה אֹתָ֖הּ תֹּאכֵֽלוּ׃
And every animal that has a split hoof and has the hoof cloven into two hooves, chewing the cud, among the animals—it you may eat.

אוֹתָהּ תֹּאכֵלוּ – אוֹתָהּ שְׁלֵמָה וְלֹא חֲסֵרָה.
English: “It you may eat” — it when whole, and not when defective.
On the daf / in context: The permission of the fetus (or the animal itself under certain readings) requires that it be complete rather than deficient.
