בָּנִ֣ים אַתֶּ֔ם לַיהֹוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֑ם לֹ֣א תִתְגֹּדְד֗וּ וְלֹֽא־תָשִׂ֧ימוּ קׇרְחָ֛ה בֵּ֥ין עֵינֵיכֶ֖ם לָמֵֽת׃

You are children to Hashem your God; you shall not cut yourselves and you shall not make a baldness between your eyes for the dead.

וְלֹא תָשִׂימוּ קָרְחָה – וּלְהַלָּן הוּא אוֹמֵר לֹא יִקְרְחוּ קָרְחָה, מַה לְּהַלָּן קֵרֵחַ אַרְבַּע וַחֲמֵשׁ קָרְחוֹת חַיָּב עַל כׇּל קְרִיחָה וּקְרִיחָה אַף כָּאן חַיָּב כֵּן.

English: “And you shall not make a baldness” — and elsewhere it says “they shall not make a baldness”; just as there one who makes four or five bald patches is liable for each and every one, so too here one is liable for each.
