שְׁמֹ֣ר וְשָׁמַעְתָּ֗ אֵ֚ת כָּל־הַדְּבָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָנֹכִ֖י מְצַוֶּ֑ךָּ לְמַ֩עַן֩ יִיטַ֨ב לְךָ֜ וּלְבָנֶ֤יךָ אַחֲרֶ֙יךָ֙ עַד־עוֹלָ֔ם כִּ֤י תַעֲשֶׂה֙ הַטּ֣וֹב וְהַיָּשָׁ֔ר בְּעֵינֵ֖י יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃
Observe and hear all these words that I command you, in order that it may go well with you and with your children after you forever, when you do what is good and right in the eyes of Hashem your God.

אֵת כָּל־הַדְּבָרִים – מַה תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר כָּל, לוֹמַר שֶׁתְּהֵא מִצְוָה קַלָּה חֲבִיבָה עָלֶיךָ כְּמִצְוָה חֲמוּרָה.
English: “All these words” — Why does the verse say “all”? To teach that a light mitzvah should be as dear to you as a heavy mitzvah.
On the daf / in context: The extra word “all” is expounded to equalize the regard one must have for every mitzvah, whether it appears minor or major.
