English: “Your grain and your wine and your oil” — R’ Ila said: One who eats the tithe of grain, wine, and oil outside the wall of Jerusalem incurs three sets of lashes. And even though one does not incur lashes for a general prohibition, here it is different because the verses are superfluous.
