ואם תאמרו: ועדין לא הגיע זמן! - ראה נתן לך ה' אלהיך את הארץ. אני אומר לא מאומד ולא משמועה, אלא מה שאתם רואים בעיניכם: עלה רש - מיד: כאשר דבר ה' אלהי אבותיך לך:

English: Sifrei explains that if Israel objected that the time had not yet arrived, Moshe answered that the gift of the land was something they could see for themselves; therefore they were to go up immediately, as God had promised.
