וְכָל מַעֲשֵׂה עִזִּים. לְהָבִיא דָּבָר הַבָּא מִן הָעִזִּים מִן הַקַּרְנַיִם וּמִן הַטְּלָפַיִם; מִשְּׁאָר בְּהֵמָה וְחַיָּה מִנַּיִן — תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר וְכָל מַעֲשֵׂה; אִם כֵּן מַה תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר עִזִּים — פְּרָט לְעוֹפוֹת. (חֻלִּין כ״ה ב׳)
