לְעַנּוֹת נֶפֶשׁ. נִדְרֵי עִנּוּי נֶפֶשׁ מֵפֵר בֵּין לְעַצְמוֹ בֵּין לַאֲחֵרִים; וְשֶׁאֵין בָּהֶם עִנּוּי נֶפֶשׁ — לְעַצְמוֹ מֵפֵר, לַאֲחֵרִים אֵינוֹ מֵפֵר. (נְדָרִים ע״ז ב׳)
