וְאִם־הָי֤וֹ תִֽהְיֶה֙ לְאִ֔ישׁ וּנְדָרֶ֖יהָ עָלֶ֑יהָ א֚וֹ מִבְטָ֣א שְׂפָתֶ֔יהָ אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָסְרָ֖ה עַל־נַפְשָֽׁהּ׃

וְאִם הָיוֹ תִהְיֶה לְאִישׁ. מֵת הַבַּעַל נִתְרוֹקְנָה רְשׁוּת לָאָב — מַקִּישׁ קוֹדְמֵי הֲוָיָה שְׁנִיָּה לְקוֹדְמֵי הֲוָיָה רִאשׁוֹנָה: מַה קוֹדְמֵי הֲוָיָה רִאשׁוֹנָה אָב מֵפֵר לְחוֹדֵיהּ, אַף קוֹדְמֵי הֲוָיָה שְׁנִיָּה אָב מֵפֵר לְחוֹדֵיהּ. (נְדָרִים ע׳ א׳)
What Is Learned
If the arus dies, the father’s sole authority returns (as before the first erusin); the father alone may then annul.
