אִישׁ֩ כִּֽי־יִדֹּ֨ר נֶ֜דֶר לַֽיהֹוָ֗ה אֽוֹ־הִשָּׁ֤בַע שְׁבֻעָה֙ לֶאְסֹ֤ר אִסָּר֙ עַל־נַפְשׁ֔וֹ לֹ֥א יַחֵ֖ל דְּבָר֑וֹ כְּכׇל־הַיֹּצֵ֥א מִפִּ֖יו יַעֲשֶֽׂה׃

לֹא יַחֵל דְּבָרוֹ כְּכָל הַיּוֹצֵא מִפִּיו יַעֲשֶׂה. סִיּוּם הַפָּרָשָׁה — כָּל מַה שֶּׁיָּצָא מִפִּיו חָיָב לְקַיֵּם, עַד שֶׁיַּתִּירוּ לוֹ כַּהֲלָכָה. (נְדָרִים / סִפְרֵי)
