וְהִקְרַבְתֶּם עֹלָה אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַה׳ פַּר אֶחָד אַיִל אֶחָד כְּבָשִׂים בְּנֵי־שָׁנָה שִׁבְעָה תְּמִימִם׃

You shall present a burnt offering, a fire-offering of pleasing aroma to Hashem: one bull, one ram, seven lambs a year old without blemish.

בַּיּוֹם הַשְּׁמִינִי עֲצֶרֶת… אַתְּ מוֹצֵא בֶּחָג יִשְׂרָאֵל מַקְרִיבִים שִׁבְעִים פָּרִים כְּנֶגֶד שִׁבְעִים אֻמּוֹת. אָמְרוּ יִשְׂרָאֵל: רִבּוֹנוֹ שֶׁל עוֹלָם, הֲרֵי אָנוּ לְךָ.

English: “On the eighth day, an assembly”… You find that on the Festival Yisrael offers seventy bulls corresponding to the seventy nations. Yisrael said: Master of the World, we are Yours.
