English: R. Mesharshiya said in the name of R. Ida: in all the offerings “a goat for a sin-offering” is written, and on Atzeres it is not written “for a sin-offering.” The Holy One said to Yisrael: once you accepted the yoke of Torah upon yourselves, I account it for you as if you had never sinned.
