מִלְּבַד עֹלַת הַבֹּקֶר אֲשֶׁר לְעֹלַת הַתָּמִיד תַּעֲשׂוּ אֶת־אֵלֶּה׃

Besides the burnt offering of the morning which is for the continual burnt offering, you shall prepare these.

כָּל הַתָּדִיר מֵחֲבֵרוֹ קוֹדֵם אֶת חֲבֵרוֹ, תְּמִידִין קוֹדְמִין לְמוּסָפִין, מוּסְפֵי שַׁבָּת קוֹדְמִין לְמוּסְפֵי רֹאשׁ חֹדֶשׁ.

English: Whatever is more frequent than its fellow precedes its fellow: temidim precede musafim; Shabbos musafim precede Rosh Chodesh musafim.
