וּשְׂעִיר עִזִּים אֶחָד לְחַטָּאת לַה׳ עַל־עֹלַת הַתָּמִיד יֵעָשֶׂה וְנִסְכּוֹ׃

And one goat as a sin-offering to Hashem; it shall be offered in addition to the continual burnt offering and its libation.

מַגִּיד שֶׁאֵין מוּסָפִין קְרֵבִין אֶלָּא בֵּינְתַיִם.

English: This teaches that musafim are offered only in between.
