וַעֲשִׂירִית הָאֵיפָה סֹלֶת לְמִנְחָה בְּלוּלָה בְּשֶׁמֶן כָּתִית רְבִיעִת הַהִין׃
And a tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with a quarter-hin of beaten oil.

בְּלוּלָה בְּשֶׁמֶן כָּתִית, כָּל הַשְּׁמָנִים כְּשֵׁרִים לַמְּנָחוֹת לֹא נֶאֱמַר כָּתִית אֶלָּא לַמֻּבְחָר.
English: “Mixed with beaten oil” — all oils are valid for menachos; “beaten” is said only to require the choicest.
