וְנֶחְשַׁ֥ב לָכֶ֖ם תְּרוּמַתְכֶ֑ם כַּדָּגָן֙ מִן־הַגֹּ֔רֶן וְכַֽמְלֵאָ֖ה מִן־הַיָּֽקֶב׃

Torah Temimah → יְרוּשַׁלְמִי תְּרוּמוֹת פ״ג ה״ג

Core Text

הָאוֹמֵר ״תְּרוּמַת הַכְּרִי הַזֶּה בְּתוֹכוֹ״ – אֵינוֹ תְּרוּמָה עַד שֶׁיֹּאמַר ״בִּצְפוֹנוֹ״ אוֹ ״בִּדְרוֹמוֹ״.

English: One who says “the terumah of this pile is inside it” — it is not terumah until he says “in its north” or “in its south.”

Designation must specify a side.

Intent alone without a specified location is insufficient.
