אַ֣ךְ בְּֽכוֹר־שׁ֡וֹר אֽוֹ־בְכ֨וֹר כֶּ֜שֶׂב אֽוֹ־בְכ֥וֹר עֵ֛ז לֹ֥א תִפְדֶּ֖ה קֹ֣דֶשׁ הֵ֑ם אֶת־דָּמָ֞ם תִּזְרֹ֤ק עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ וְאֶת־חֶלְבָּ֣ם תַּקְטִ֔יר אִשֶּׁ֛ה לְרֵ֥יחַ נִיחֹ֖חַ לַיהֹוָֽה׃

אֶת דָּמוֹ וְאֶת חֶלְבּוֹ לֹא נֶאֱמַר אֶלָּא אֶת דָּמָם וְאֶת חֶלְבָּם — לִמֵּד עַל בְּכוֹר וּמַעֲשֵׂר וּפֶסַח שֶׁטְּעוּנִין מֵהֶן דָּמִים וְאֵימוּרִין לְגַבֵּי מִזְבֵּחַ.
English: Not “its blood and its fat” but “their blood and their fat” — teaches that bechor, ma’aser, and Pesach require blood and emurim on the altar.
