זֶה־יִהְיֶ֥ה לְךָ֛ מִקֹּ֥דֶשׁ הַקֳּדָשִׁ֖ים מִן־הָאֵ֑שׁ כׇּל־קׇרְבָּנָ֞ם לְכׇל־מִנְחָתָ֗ם וּלְכׇל־חַטָּאתָם֙ וּלְכׇל־אֲשָׁמָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר יָשִׁ֖יבוּ לִ֑י קֹ֣דֶשׁ קׇֽדָשִׁ֥ים לְךָ֛ הוּא וּלְבָנֶ֖יךָ׃

וּלְכָל חַטָּאתָם — לְרַבּוֹת חַטַּאת הָעוֹף; סָלְקָא דַּעְתָּךְ אָמֵינָא נְבֵלָה הִיא, קָא מַשְׁמַע לַן.
English: “And for all their chatas offerings” — to include the bird chatas; you might have said it is neveilah — the verse teaches otherwise.
Type of Learning
Bird chatas is given to the kohen.
What Is Learned
Melikah is its shechitah; the bird chatas is not treated as neveilah regarding the kohen’s share.
