English: Our Rabbis taught: one may not light with tamei tevel on a weekday, and needless to say on Shabbos — “the charge of My terumos,” speaking of two terumos… just as pure terumah is yours only from the moment of separation, so tamei terumah is yours only from separation.
No lighting with tamei tevel before separation.
Benefit that consumes (lighting) is forbidden in tevel; only after terumah is designated does the kohen’s right begin.
