לְמַ֣עַן תִּזְכְּר֔וּ וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם אֶת־כׇּל־מִצְוֺתָ֑י וִהְיִיתֶ֥ם קְדֹשִׁ֖ים לֵאלֹֽהֵיכֶֽם׃

So that you shall remember and do all My commandments, and you shall be holy to your God.

Torah Temimah: memory leads to action and to kedushah.

לְמַעַן תִּזְכְּרוּ וַעֲשִׂיתֶם אֶת כׇּל מִצְוֹתָי וִהְיִיתֶם קְדֹשִׁים לֵאלֹהֵיכֶם.

English: So that you shall remember and do all My commandments, and you shall be holy to your God.

Telos of the mitzvah: action and holiness.

Tzitzis is not only a reminder but a path to doing the mitzvos and becoming holy to God.
