תָּנוּ רַבָּנַן: אֵין צִיצִית אֶלָּא יוֹצֵא וְאֵין צִיצִית אֶלָּא מַשֶּׁהוּ… וְאָמְרוּ: צִיצִית אֵין לָהּ שִׁעוּר.
English: Our Rabbis taught: Tzitzis is only what goes out, and tzitzis is only a minimal amount… Tzitzis has no [fixed] measure.
