Parashas Shelach · Side page (TT silent)
And Hashem said to Moshe, saying:
Classic / Ohr HaChaim context: opening of tzitzis after the wood-gatherer — a mitzvah of seeing and remembering for all generations.
English: And Hashem said to Moshe, saying.
Opening of the tzitzis laws.
TT silent on the formula; the speech that follows places fringes on the corners of the garment so that seeing leads to remembering all the mitzvos — the close of the parsha after mekoshesh.
