וַיַּקְרִ֣יבוּ אֹת֔וֹ הַמֹּצְאִ֥ים אֹת֖וֹ מְקֹשֵׁ֣שׁ עֵצִ֑ים אֶל־מֹשֶׁה֙ וְאֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֔ן וְאֶ֖ל כָּל־הָעֵדָֽה׃
And those who found him gathering wood brought him to Moshe and to Aharon and to the whole congregation.

הַמֹּצְאִים אֹתוֹ מְקֹשֵׁשׁ — שֶׁהִתְרוּ בּוֹ וְלֹא הִנִּיחַ מִלְּקוֹשֵׁשׁ, אַף מִשֶּׁמְּצָאוּהוּ וְהִתְרוּ בּוֹ.
English: “Those who found him gathering” — that they warned him and he did not leave off gathering, even after they found him and warned him.
