English: Our Rabbis taught: “Every native” — a native brings nesachim, and an idolater does not bring nesachim. Might his burnt offering not require nesachim? The verse says “thus.”

Type of Learning

Who may donate wine libations, and what an idolater’s olah still needs.

What Is Learned

An idolater may not offer standalone nesachim, but an olah he brings still requires the accompanying libations.
