Over the table of display they shall spread a blue cloth; they shall place upon it the bowls, the ladles, the jars, and the libation jugs; and the regular bread shall rest upon it.

English: “And the continual bread shall be upon it” — from here [we learn] that the bread of the Presence is not invalidated by the journeys.
In context: Even when the camp travels and the Mishkan is dismantled, the lechem ha-panim retains its status.

Chazal derive that the showbread is not disqualified by being moved during the desert travels.
