וְאִם־בְּהֵמָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר יַקְרִ֧יבוּ מִמֶּ֛נָּה קָרְבָּ֖ן לַֽיהֹוָ֑ה כֹּל֩ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִתֵּ֧ן מִמֶּ֛נּוּ לַיהֹוָ֖ה יִֽהְיֶה־קֹּֽדֶשׁ׃

Torah Temimah on “korban la-Hashem” — altar-eligible animals become sacred when dedicated.

“קָרְבָּן לַה׳” — כֹּל אֲשֶׁר יִתֵּן מִמֶּנּוּ לַה׳ יִהְיֶה קֹדֶשׁ.

English: An offering to Hashem: whatever one gives of it to Hashem shall be holy.
