וְאִם־מָ֥ךְ הוּא֙ מֵֽעֶרְכֶּ֔ךָ וְהֶֽעֱמִידוֹ֙ לִפְנֵ֣י הַכֹּהֵ֔ן וְהֶעֱרִ֥יךְ אֹת֛וֹ הַכֹּהֵ֖ן עַל־פִּ֣י אֲשֶׁ֣ר תַּשִּׂ֣יג יַ֣ד הַנֹּדֵ֑ר יַעֲרִיכֶ֖נּוּ הַכֹּהֵֽן׃

“עַל פִּי אֲשֶׁר תַּשִּׂיג יַד הַנֹּדֵר יַעֲרִיכֶנּוּ הַכֹּהֵן.”
English: According to what the hand of the one who vowed can afford, the kohen shall value him.
