“וִישַׁבְתֶּם לָבֶטַח בְּאַרְצְכֶם” — בְּאַרְצְכֶם אַתֶּם יוֹשְׁבִים לָבֶטַח, וְאֵין אַתֶּם יוֹשְׁבִים לָבֶטַח חוּצָה לָהּ.
English: “You shall dwell securely in your land” — in your land you dwell securely, but you do not dwell securely outside it.
