וְצִוִּ֤יתִי אֶת־בִּרְכָתִי֙ לָכֶ֔ם בַּשָּׁנָ֖ה הַשִּׁשִּׁ֑ית וְעָשָׂת֙ אֶת־הַתְּבוּאָ֔ה לִשְׁלֹ֖שׁ הַשָּׁנִֽים׃

לִשְׁלֹשׁ הַשָּׁנִים. לַשִּׁשִּׁית וְלַשְּׁבִיעִית וְלַשְּׁמִינִית.

English: “For the three years.” For the sixth, the seventh, and the eighth.

Classical derasha (Sifra).

The blessing of the sixth year covers the sixth year itself, the Shemittah year, and the eighth year until the new harvest comes in.
