וְקִדַּשְׁתֶּ֗ם אֵ֣ת שְׁנַ֤ת הַחֲמִשִּׁים֙ שָׁנָ֔ה וּקְרָאתֶ֥ם דְּר֛וֹר בָּאָ֖רֶץ לְכׇל־יֹשְׁבֶ֑יהָ יוֹבֵ֥ל הִוא֙ תִּהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֔ם וְשַׁבְתֶּ֗ם אִ֚ישׁ אֶל־אֲחֻזָּת֔וֹ וְאִ֥ישׁ אֶל־מִשְׁפַּחְתּ֖וֹ תָּשֻֽׁבוּ׃

יוֹבֵל הִוא. תַּנְיָא, רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר, מַה תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר יוֹבֵל הִוא, לְרַבּוֹת אֶת הַנִּרְצָע שֶׁיּוֹצֵא בְּיוֹבֵל.
English: “It is a Yovel.” It was taught: Rabbi Yehudah says: Why does the verse say “it is a Yovel”? To include the nirtza who goes free at Yovel.
