וּמַכֵּה אָדָם יוּמָת – לְפִי שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר מַכֵּה אָבִיו וְאִמּוֹ מוֹת יוּמָת, יָכוֹל לֹא יְהֵא חַיָּב עַד שֶׁיַּכֶּה שְׁנֵיהֶם כְּאֶחָד? תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר וּמַכֵּה אָדָם – אֲפִלּוּ אֶחָד מֵהֶם. (תּוֹרַת כֹּהֲנִים)
