כָּל נֶפֶשׁ – הִכּוּהוּ עֲשָׂרָה בְּנֵי אָדָם בַּעֲשָׂרָה מַקְלוֹת וּמֵת, בֵּין בְּבַת אַחַת בֵּין בָּזֶה אַחַר זֶה, פְּטוּרִין; עַד דְּאִיכָּא כָּל נֶפֶשׁ. (סַנְהֶדְרִין ע״ח א׳)
