אֲשֶׁר תִּקְרְאוּ אוֹתָם. מִי שֶׁרָאָה אֶת הַחֹדֶשׁ בְּשַׁבָּת וְאֵינוֹ יָכוֹל לְהַלֵּךְ, מוֹלִיכִים אוֹתוֹ עַל הַחֲמוֹר אֲפִילּוּ בַּמִּטָּה, וְיוֹצְאִין לְעֵדוּת הַחֹדֶשׁ, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר אֵלֶּה מוֹעֲדֵי ה׳ אֲשֶׁר תִּקְרְאוּ אוֹתָם בְּמוֹעֲדָם. (רֹאשׁ הַשָּׁנָה כ״ב א׳)
