נְדָבָה תַּעֲשֶׂה אוֹתוֹ. תַּנְיָא, הַמַּתְפִּיס תְּמִימִים לְבֶדֶק הַבַּיִת עוֹבֵר בַּעֲשֵׂה, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר נְדָבָה תַּעֲשֶׂה אוֹתוֹ, אוֹתוֹ אַתָּה מַתְפִּיס לְבֶדֶק הַבַּיִת וְאִי אַתָּה מַתְפִּיס תְּמִימִים לְבֶדֶק הַבַּיִת, וְלָאו הַבָּא מִכְּלַל עֲשֵׂה – עֲשֵׂה. (תְּמוּרָה ז׳ ב׳)
